Collard Greens with Smoked Turkey

Serves: 50
Serving Size: 1/50 recipe

• 12 lbs fresh collard greens
• 2 lbs smoked turkey necks
• 4 cubes chicken bouillon
• 1 gallon water
• 3 whole onions, chopped
• 4 garlic cloves, chopped
• Splenda® No Calorie Sweetener to taste

Take the stems off the greens and tear into small pieces. Wash very well, drain, and rinse again. Place all ingredients in a very large pot, cover with water, and cook until tender, about 4 hours. Add water as needed while cooking. Add a little Splenda® to taste to take the bitterness out of the greens. Serve with necks.
