Hebni Banana Pudding
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 1/30 recipe
• 2 1 oz pkgs sugar-free, fat-free vanilla pudding mix
• 4 cups low-fat (1%) milk
• 16 oz fat-free whipped topping
• 8 medium bananas, cut into pieces
• 1 cup orange juice
• 2 12 oz boxes reduced-fat vanilla wafers
Prepare the vanilla pudding according to package instructions, using
the low-fat milk; set aside and chill for 5 minutes. Add softened
whipped topping and mix well. In a separate bowl, add the bananas
and orange juice. Drain the orange juice from the bananas and discard
the juice. In a truffle bowl, layer the vanilla wafers, bananas,
and pudding until you reach the top. The pudding goes on last. Garnish
by crumbling remaining vanilla wafers over the top of the pudding.
Chill and serve.
