Soul Sista Slaw

Serves: 50
Serving Size: 1/2 cup

Ingredients
• 9 lbs shredded cabbage
• 1 1/8 cups Splenda® Sugar Blend for Baking
• 1 1/2 cups bell pepper, thinly chopped
• 1 1/2 cups grated carrots
• 1/2 cup grated onion
• 1/4 cup vinegar, as desired
• 3 1/4 cups reduced-fat mayonnaise
• 1 12 oz can evaporated skim milk

Directions
Chop cabbage in a food processor. In a large bowl, combine cabbage with Splenda®, bell pepper, carrots, and onions. Add the vinegar and mayonnaise. Toss gently. Add milk and mix well.
